There are a million Pumpkin Spice Mix recipes out there, but this is mine. Fine-tuned to go in pumpkin pie as well as it does in biscotti, oatmeal, or cookies!
Popping in with a quick and easy recipe that is going to take Fall to the next level.
I made a big batch of this pumpkin spice mix a few weeks ago and have been going a little crazy with it! You could say I am living my best pumpkin spice life rn.
Sure you could buy pumpkin pie spice, but you probably have all the spices you need in your cabinet! If you are anything like me, you have more spices than you could possibly use before they go “bad”.
Spices don’t actually go bad per se, but they do gradually lose their potency and joie de vivre. My spice cabinet is a bit out of control mostly because due to two things: poor planning and an obsession with cinnamon and cardamom. You know when you go to the grocery store and you’ve got your list but you forgot to check if you have all the spices you need, so you buy them again just in case. Team No Second Trips!
Anyways! Poke your head in your cupboard, pull out all the Fall Favorites and make a big batch! This way you mix it once and you are in the fast-lane towards a well spiced Fall!
I am not going to bore you with the details of why chose the ratios of each spice, but you can rest assured that I obsessed over it.
Pumpkin Spice Mix
